· It has been my privilege for the past two years to serve as the president of the Ohio Northwest Business and Professional Women’s Federation/Association under the leadership and guidance of our Sainted State Supervisor, Mother Ellen Thomas Pettigrew. Mother Pettigrew has worked tirelessly over the past three decades to bring the Word of God to a lost and dying world and to work for the Glory of God with the women of God in our Jurisdiction. One of the many godly projects that she has endeavored to carryout over these decades has been the institution of the scholarship fund. Each year at least one deserving Ohio Northwest graduating scholar has been awarded a monetary stipend to be used to help further his/her education. God bless Mother Pettigrew and each one who contributed to making this possible. |

It is my desire to continue making the scholarship possible. I also want to encourage women of God to seek His direction as they complete their education and enter into that profession to which God has called them.
